Within 15 days of shipment, you may return merchandise item in new condition with its original packaging and accessories*. We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets these conditions. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. (* Cupola orders with custom pre-cut roof pitch cannot be returned. Custom items cannot be returned.)
